Our story
Meet Ovidiu and Mia Piscuc, the heart behind Doppio Café and Creperie. Having immigrated from Romania, they bring with them a vision for creating a European-inspired haven in Redmond. With over 30 years of successful business ownership in the Bellevue area, they're joined by their eldest son Marcus and his wife Hannah, both seasoned in the coffee realm. Together, they hope to create a community space that is united around a love for coffee and delightful cuisine, where locals can unwind and escape the daily grind for a moment of indulgence.
